In Loving Memory of Karen Boehm
September 26, 1950 - February 27, 2025
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Boehm, who left us peacefully on February 27, 2025, at the age of 74. Karen was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and great-aunt. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leo Boehm.
Karen is survived by her daughter, Michelle Boehm; her daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie (Jeffrey) Frye; her brother and sister-in-law, George (Lianne) McGrady; her nephew and niece, George Michael (Jackie) McGrady; her niece and nephew, Shannon (Bryce) Pfeuffer; and her great-nephew, Connor Pfeuffer.
Karen was a kind and generous lady who cherished her family and friends. She had a passion for cooking, reading, and dancing, and was known as the life of the party. Her favorite color was red, and she was often affectionately called the "Lady in Red."
Friends and family will be received at the Bagnato Funeral Home, Jefferson St., Carnegie PA Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral mass to be held at 9:30 am St.Elizabeth Ann Seton Church Friday, March 7, 2025 9:30 AM. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. interment to take place at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies 1158 Morgan Rd., Bridgeville, PA immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's Association.
