It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Pruss, on July 11, 2024. Born on April 22, 1956, Jeffrey leaves behind an enduring legacy of kindness and generosity, touching the lives of many with his warmth, empathy, and unmistakable humor.
Survived by his sons, Michael (Alissa) and Matthew Pruss; his brothers, John (Cora) and James (Lisa) and Jesse (Heather) Pruss; and his sister, Judy (Scott) Davis and the mother of his children Susan McGivern
Jeffrey found immense joy in the company of his granddaughters, Mia Grace and McKenzie Pruss. Uncle to many nephews and nieces. He has been predeceased by his father, John Pruss, his mother, Violet (Sally) Pruss, and his brother, Joseph Pruss and his nephew James Pruss Jr
Jeffrey's life was marked by industriousness and a deep respect for others. His professional journey spanned over thirty-five years as a dedicated steel worker. His ethos of hard work and respect for all people was a beacon for many and will serve as a shining example for future generations. His caring, empathetic and humorous nature brought comfort and laughter to those around him, making him a treasured presence in the lives of his loved ones.
A viewing to honor Jeffrey's life will be held on July 18, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00pm at Bagnato Funeral Home 50 Jefferson Street Carnegie Pa 15106. Following the Viewing the wake will be held at Jabby Joes 1562 Island Ave McKees Rocks Pa 15136
