Frances Fozard: November 6, 1927 - August 9, 2025

Frances Fozard, 97, formerly of Carnegie, PA passed away on August 9, 2025 at Tapestry Senior Living in Moon Township, PA.

Preceded in death by Husband William H Fozard, Son William H Fozard Jr. Survived by Son Richard (Angela) Fozard and Granddaughter Lauren (Ian) Bangor.

Frances led a simple, independent, and private life who enjoyed reading books, watching her favorite shows, visiting the shores at Cape May, NJ, and spending time with close family members.

Services and Interment are private. Arrangements entrusted to the Bagnato Funeral Home.
