Charles Welsh, 77 of Carnegie PA, sadly departed for his home in Heaven on 7/26/23. He is survived by loving wife Barbara, children Stephen (Stacy), Timothy (Jennifer) and Melissa (Jason). Also surviving are 4 siblings, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends received at the Bagnato Funeral Home, Jefferson St., Carnegie Tuesday 2-4 6-8 PM; Blessing service Wednesday 10 AM
