Benny M. Dabat 

Beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle and friend passed away peacefully in his Banksville home surrounded by family on August 3, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his parents Julien & Marie Ann Dabat and his brothers Joseph and John.  Benny was born on March 10, 1944 in Thieux France.  He proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam era.  Married to the love of his life, Mary Kathryn (Roth) Dabat for 59 years.  Ben leaves a legacy of family in his absence. He is survived by his wife and 3 children, Benjamin (Cheryl) Dabat, Julien Dabat and Kitty (Justin) Neidinger.  His 7 grandsons, Benjamin, Julien, Garrett, Ryan, Jacob, Roman and Rocco, were his greatest joy and accomplishment. Friends received will be received FRIDAY, August 5th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Bagnato Funeral Home, 50 Jefferson Street, Carnegie. Funeral Mass will be Saturday at 10 AM at St. Margaret of Scotland Church, of St. Rafael Archangel Parish in Greentree.  Interment will follow at Holy Souls Cemetery.
