Andrew ''Butch'' Sirko
On Tuesday September 13,2022 age 78 of Scott Township. Beloved husband of the late Diana M Sirko, loving father of Andrea (Jason) Sirko-Delancey, brother of MaryAnn (J Lawson) Johnston, brother-in-law of Frances Radziwon, G-Pop of bulldogs Chopper and Maggie, beloved uncle to his nieces, nephews, and great nephews, and friend to many.
Butch spent his life believing happiness was a choice, no matter what the circumstances and always found happiness and joy in every situation that he faced. After a storied career that included installing background music, dispatching for the Scott Twp police force, and owning his own trucking company, he retired from his job as a mechanic at Frank Bryan Concrete in 2020. He loved nothing more than to make someone laugh with his jokes and stories, telling them with the quickest of wit and usually a little bit of embellishment for good measure. He took great interest in the successes of his friends and family, always eager to celebrate someone's good news and accomplishments with enthusiasm, because as he always said ''That's what life's all about, you know what I mean?''.
He was always giving of himself...with no questions and no expectations in return.
He left an impression on every life he touched with his appreciation of all that life had to offer and will be missed more than can be put into words..Friends received at the Bagnato Funeral Home. Jefferson St., Carnegie Thursday 2-4 6-8 PM Funeral mass in Our Lady of Grace Church Friday 10 AM
