Lucy (Cataneo)

Of Bridgeville, formerly of Clarksville, died peacefully at home on Friday December 16, 2016. Lucy celebrated her 100th birthday on May 16 with family and friends. She lived a full and happy life with a beautiful feisty spirit. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Bevelacqua, loving mother of Joseph (Terry) Bevelacqua and Marilyn (Ed) Sligar. She is the sister of Josephine Pascarrell of Las Vegas and was preceded in death by her sisters, Theresa Summa, Ethel Charles and her brother Joseph Cataneo. She was a loving grandmother and great grandmother. Friends received at the Bagnato Funeral Home, Jefferson St, Carnegie Mon 2-4 6-8 PM. Funeral service Tuesday at 10 AM at the funeral home followed by a burial in St George Cemetery on Washington Pike in Bridgeville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Human Coalition (Pregnancy Resource Center) 101 Drake Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15241
