Lou Trombetta helped me develop as a man. His influence was greater than he ever knew and I ever acknowledged. At first I was afraid of Lou. It's with an Extreme Heavy, Heavy Heart and that I fight back some tears to Write this. Lou was not JUST a Co-Worker, But a Mentor and a Very Good friend. He impressed on me so many working concepts, but Especially that a Program HAD to be safe, meaningful, and fun. Work Smart, Not Hard was his Motto !! I'll NEVER Forget this Man and I'll never forget the light in his eyes when Bev & I first took Chris & Him Out for an Evening of Karaoke when the craze 1st started around 1990.
